How does diversity and inclusion personally relate to you?
Growing up with Greatheart CEO, Chuck Shelton, as a father meant that the topics of diversity and inclusion came up often in my childhood years to today. Early on my sense of justice and equality were rooted in the idea that diversity makes us stronger but that often the greater society viewed and treated others as less then. Not shying away from the difficult aspects of these important topics, I aim to continually grow my understanding of others' experiences while still valuing my own point of view. Through working at Greatheart, I'm finding that my opportunities for growth come often which I value and look forward to.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going on outdoor adventures in the great Pacific Northwest, and reading. I love traveling, both at home and abroad. During college basketball season, you'll find me rooting for the Gonzaga Bulldogs. Go Zags!
