How It Works

The Advanced Gender Reciprocity Program is a one-year executive development program (a 100-hour commitment) with 16 men and 16 women, each with a reputation for gender collaboration in relationships of trust and accountability. This rigorous program includes three full-day in-person seminars, online assessments and resourcing, peer quads, coaching, webinars, and action learning projects.
