Why Join a Peer Learning Group (PLG)?

Many people leading on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within their organization are doing it either alone, or on a very small team. With the intense focus on DEI today, these siloed leaders are often exhausted and their efforts undervalued. We believe in the value of community, reciprocity, and mutual support — in the power of having a group of people, across organizations, who can come together to learn, grow, and support one another.

    Are you a siloed DEI leader? These groups give you a space to come together with others who are leading on DEI in their organization to share challenges, best practices, and learn together.

    Part of each group will focus on exploring and discussing a real-world DEI inclusion scenario. These are all real stories we’ve heard through our consulting work. Through the discussion you will have the opportunity to hear different perspectives, and learn from what has worked for others in similar situations.

  • Share the Load

    We all have questions and challenges when it comes to implementing an effective DEI strategy in our organizations. Not all of us have people within our organization who we can bounce our questions, ideas, and challenges off of. In this group you’ll have your own personal board of advisors who can give their experience and perspective — helping you navigate some of these key challenges.

  • Continued Growth

    Every Peer Learning Group (PLG) participant gets access to the Inclusive Leaders Assessment (ILA). This assessment gives you an opportunity to reflect on your own inclusive leadership behaviors as well as to receive feedback from those around you about how they experience you. This is also a great way to test out if a tool like the ILA would be useful for you to use in your own organization.
