Inclusive Leaders Assessment (ILA)

The ILA is a comprehensive multi-rater assessment and feedback tool for those committed to leading more inclusively. It provides you with the opportunity to both assess your own performance and get honest feedback from those who experience your leadership. The report also includes clear, specific guidance on how to make changes in order to maximize your potential.

The purchase of the ILA entitles you to two rounds of the assessment (optimally spaced at least 9 months apart). The anonymity of your reviewers is a priority for us and we’ve designed the assessment with that in mind. We recommend that you nominate a minimum of at least five direct reports, colleagues, peers, or customers to review you so that you can unlock the true power of the ILA.

Coaching options - the ILA is a valuable tool in and of itself. To increase its impact, we also offer a 30-min coaching option to support the review of your report and the development of key action steps. Participants are matched with an experienced coach from our team based on their leadership level and professional/personal experience.
